The Serendipi-TEA Shoppe in Olde Towne Littleton has become a popular escape to the Victorian
past for LUNCH as well as for its superb Afternoon Tea. Every month finds a special on the menu
along with its popular quiche, two or three salads, including its famous Chunky Chicken Salad, a
changing variety of sandwiches, a soup of the day, and scrumptious desserts. Always on the menu is
the Almond Bread Pudding for which customers return time and time again. Lunch is served from
11-3. Walk-ins are welcome but because of the cozy atmosphere, reservations are recommended.
AFTERNOON TEA, which rivals famous tearooms both here and abroad, begins with a palate
cleanser followed by a bottomless pot of tea (or beverage of your choice) and a tier of treats with
tea sandwiches, mini desserts, and fruit and cheese. Scones with lemon curd, clotted cream, and
strawberry jam make up the finale. All for only $17.95! You won't go away hungry, but if you come
in still needing lunch, a house salad or cup of soup may be added for only $1.45 extra. Afternoon
